M•A•C Cosmetics hosted a gold-themed Disco Fever event to celebrate their official launch in New Delhi. The event was hosted with Tarun & Sal Tahiliani at the new Tarun Tahiliani Design Studio in Gurgaon.

The design studio of Tarun Tahiliani was transformed into a sparkly gilded night club for the evening- with roving lights, gold flooring, disco balls and light podiums for the go-go dancers- in true gold fever! Four gold-suited lively go-go dancers and two dancing golden couples had the crowd swinging to nostalgic 70’s disco era tunes. The gilt in the air was infectious with as guest enjoyed golden Grey Goose martinis and nostalgic food favourites like devilled eggs, celery and cream cheese sticks and gold leaf brownies.

At the height of the evening, award-winning Canadian singer Simone Denny, in a golden three-piece suit, performed live retro favourites such as “I Will Survive”, “Turn the Beat Around” and “Don’t Leave Me This Way” to a rocking dance floor.

Guests who attended included: Fashion designers Manish Arora, Leena Singh, Prashant Verma, Rohit Gandhi & Rahul Khanna , models Sapna Kumar, Tamara Moss, Nina Manuel, Jesse Randhawa, Laxmi Ranna, Vasuki, Monikangana Dutta , Inder Bajwa and Amit Sandhu.
