Man cuts wife's nose for affair

A Pakistani man chopped off his wife's nose suspecting her of having an illicit relationship with another man, a media report said.
The incident took place in Kashmor district in Pakistan's Sindh province, reports said.
According to the police, Jalnar Mamdani chopped off his wife Asia Mamdani's nose with a sharp edged tool after accusing her of having an affair with another man.
The husband fled home with their two children.
The victim was admitted to Kashmor Hospital but was later transferred to Sukkur Hospital where her surgery was carried out.
Asia has appealed to the police for providing her security.
